Played basketball and golf at MSU for three years (1976-77, 1977-78 and 1978-79)...Has served as a girls fastpitch umpire at 10 MSHSL tournaments...Has umpired NCAA DII and DIII games since 1999...Worked the 2009 NCAA DIII national championship tournament...Has worked as DI umpire since 2003...Has worked many ASA national tournaments...Inducted into Mankato Softball Assn. Hall of Fame in 2008...2009 Minnesota Association of Health, PE, Rec. & Dance Secondary School Teacher of the Year.
