MSU Women’s Medal of Honor recipient as school’s top senior female athlete in 1996-97...Finished second in the mile at the 1997 NCAA Indoor Track Championships in earning All-America honors and was second in the 1,500-meter run at the 1997 NCAA Outdoor Championships...Placed third at the 1996 NCAA outdoor meet in the 1,500m...Won the 1,500-meter run and placed second in the 800-meter run at the 1997 North Central Conference Championships...Placed second in the 1,500m and 3,000m at at the 1996 NCC Outdoor meet after winning the 800 and mile at the 1996 indoor meet...Also a member of the cross country squad, she was a 1995 All-American with an 18th-place finish and led the team to a fourth-place finish at the NCAA Cross Country Championships.
