Had a career-best 44 points in game vs. UW-La Crosse in 1954...Three-time team captain...MSU went a combined 76-29 and won three conference championships while he played...College basketball career was interrupted by a 21-month tour of duty with the U.S. Army....Graduated in 1955....Passed away in automobile accident in 1969.
