Earned 12 letters at MSU - four each in volleyball and basketball, three in track and one in softball...Averaged 20 points and ten rebounds over four seasons with the basketball team...Played on state championship volleyball team and won the MAIAW state title in discus, shotput and javelin...Following graduation in 1974 played on USVBA team that earned a trip to nationals and a year later earned a spot on USA Olympic Volleyball squad and competed in Europe, Japan, Bulgaria and throughout the United States...In 1978 played for the Minnesota Fillies women's pro basketball team...Served as an assistant coach with the University of Minnesota women's volleyball program...Ranked third on MSU's Female Athletes of the Century list.
