Played two seasons at Minnesota State from 2001-03…Finished second on the team in scoring during the 2002-03 season as he notched 27 goals and 36 assists for 63 points…Ranked second on the team in goals and tied for first in assists during the 2002-03 season…Named to the All-WCHA First Team, before being named a Jofa Second Team All-American…Helped the Mavericks advance to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in the NCAA Division I era in 2003...Became the second former Maverick to play in the NHL…Played 47 games for the San Jose Sharks during the 2005-06 season.
