Seven-time All-American in cross-country and track & field was named MSU’s Senior Female Athlete of the Year in 1982-83...Set nine school records in indoor and outdoor track and field and still owns records for the indoor 1,500m (4:34.8 in ’82), indoor mile (4:56.6 in ’83) and the outdoor 1,500m (4:25.18)...Was also on three record-setting indoor relay teams...Finished third in the 1,500m at 1983 NCAA Division II outdoor meet with time of 4:27.35...Finished 11th at 1982 NCAA Division II cross country championships...Qualified for 1988 U.S. Olympic Trials in 3,000 and placed fourth at TAC Nationals in 1988...Ranked fourth on MSU's Female Athletes of the Century list.
