WCHA Co-Defensive Player of the Week: Sophomore goaltender
Katie Bidulka (2-4-0) was named the WCHA Co-Defensive Player of the Week for her performance in the series with Ohio State, last weekend. Bidulka, who stopped 44-of-47 shots on goal for a .936 save percentage over the two games, led the WCHA with a 1.50 goals-against average over the weekend. In Saturday's 2-1 win over Ohio State, Bidulka made 20 saves to preserve the victory. It is the first time she has received a WCHA weekly award.

Lindsey Coleman (2-2--4) led the Mavericks with three points in the series with Ohio State. Coleman was involved in both scoring plays in Minnesota State's 2-1 win over Ohio State on Saturday afternoon -- assisting on sophomore forward

Scouting Lindenwood: The Lady Lions (1-10-1, 1-4-1 College Hockey America) are coming off of a series split with RIT last weekend. Lindenwood won 2-0 on Friday night before losing 2-1 on Saturday afternoon in Wentzville, Mo.
Three Lady Lions are tied for the team lead in points: Britannia Gillanders (2-1--3), Carla Goodwin (1-2--3) and Cierra Paisley (1-2--3). Gillanders is the team leader in goals this season, while Goodwin and Paisley are tied for the most assists.
In goal, netminder Jolene DeBruyn (1-7-1) has seen time in 10 games, including nine starts. She has compiled a .916 save percentage -- the 28th-highest save percentage in the nation.
