BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Minnesota State senior outfielder
Zach Stroh has been named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) Player of the Week following a standout performance in the Mavericks' four-game sweep of Minot State.
Stroh was nearly unstoppable at the plate, hitting an impressive .813 (13-for-16) across the series. He tallied at least three hits in each of the four games, racking up nine RBIs and scoring five runs. He also posted a .789 on-base percentage and a 1.063 slugging percentage, adding a double, a home run, and one walk to his stat line.
Minnesota State will return to action on Wednesday, traveling to Winona State for a two-game series scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
