MANKATO, Minn. – Minnesota State libero Ellie Kline has been named to the D2CCA All-Central Region Second Team following a standout senior campaign.

The Holmen, Wis. native appeared in every set this season, averaging 5.24 digs per set and surpassing the 500-dig mark on her way to 1,524 career digs. Kline also contributed 34 points and 32 service aces while anchoring the Mavericks' back row. Earlier this year, she was recognized as the NSIC Libero of the Year. This is the first regional honor of her career.

Kline is joined by six other NSIC players on the All Central Region teams. Two were selected to the first team, while five including Kline earned second team honors.

Minnesota State finished the season with a 23-6 record, marking the best campaign of the Corey Phelps era.
