LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Minnesota State volleyball team landed at No. 25 in this week's AVCA Top 25 Poll, finishing the year among the nation's top programs. Minnesota State is joined by fellow conference members in the top-25, No. 4 Wayne State, No. 5 St. Cloud State, No. 6 Concordia-St. Paul, and No. 13 Southwest Minnesota State.
The Mavericks saw their season come to a close in the NSIC Quarterfinals, falling to Sioux Falls on Tuesday, Nov. 18 in five sets.
MSU caps the season with a 23–6 record, marking the best campaign of the Corey Phelps era and one of the strongest finishes in recent program history.
