COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Minnesota State Assistant Women's Hockey Coach
Mackenzie Bruch was named to the U18 Women's National Team Roster as Goaltending Coach.
Bruch, now in her second season as Assistant Coach for the Mavericks, was hired in 2024. She came to the Mavericks from Yale, where she served as the women's hockey Goaltending Coach since 2021. In her first year as a Maverick, she helped the Mavericks to a 14-21-2 overall record with wins over St. Cloud State and Ohio State.
Bruch has been featured in USA Hockey Magazine and has worked with numerous USA Hockey regional and national selection camps. She was named USA Hockey's U18 Goaltending Coach for the 2025 IIHF World Championships in Vantaa, Finland Jan. 5-12 2025.
Bruch was USA Hockey's U22 Goaltending Coach in 2022 and 2023, which included two series wins over Team Canada.
The U-18 Women's National Team will compete in the 2026 International Ice Hockey Federation Under-18 Women's World Championship, Jan. 10-18, 2026, in Sydney and Membertou, Nova Scotia.
