MANKATO, Minn. — Minnesota State won a total of 13 events against Gustavus Adolphus and UW-Stevens Point Saturday afternoon.
Minnesota State secured several strong performances, notably in the 200-yard medley relay, where their A team clinched first place with a time of 1:49.86. Key contributions came from junior
Ava Rodgers and sophomore
Norah Naatjes, whose split times of 28.39 and 24.33 seconds, respectively, helped to secure the win. Sophomore
Kelley Ryan also delivered an impressive individual performance, winning the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 59.70 seconds. Ryan's consistency across her races was evident as she also topped the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:11.21.
In the women's 100-yard butterfly, sophomore
Aubrey Schueler led Minnesota State with a winning time of 1:00.59. The team continued to show depth in the 400-yard freestyle relay, finishing second with a time of 3:40.80, with junior

In diving, junior
Natalie Freeman excelled, winning both the 1-meter and 3-meter events with scores of 277.55 and 275.60, respectively. These performances underscored the Mavericks' competitive edge and consistency throughout the meet.

Averi Larsen led the Mavericks in the 50-yard freestyle, clinching first place with a time of 24.75 and contributing to the team's strong relay performances. freshman

Minnesota State returns to action on Nov. 1 as it hosts St. Thomas and Concordia-St. Paul. The diving events will begin at 10:00 a.m., with the swimming events set to follow at 2:00 p.m.
