2025-26: Won the 100 breaststroke event at two meets this past season, including a time of 1:08.56 in MSU’s double dual vs. Concordia-St. Paul and Southwest Minnesota State…Took fifth place in the 100 breaststroke event at the NSIC Championships with a personal best time of 1:05.21…Posted a 10th place finish in the 200 IM (2:08.34) at the NSIC Championships.
High School: Helped her team advance to the state meet all four years...Placed at the state meet during her junior and senior seasons...Placed in relay events during all four of her high school seasons...Helped her team finish second at the state meet during her junior season.
Personal: Jessica is the daughter of Jane and Chris Paulsen...Plans to major in nutrition and dietetics.
