Biography
2025-26: Earned seven All-NSIC honors at the NSIC Championships…Was a member of the 400 medley (3:46.77), 200 freestyle (1:33.34) and 400 freestyle (3:25.27) relay teams that finished first at the NSIC Championships…Took second place in three events at the NSIC Championships including the 200 medley relay (1:43.18), the 100 breaststroke (1:03.18) and the 100 freestyle (50.66) events…Also placed third in the 50 freestyle (23.48) at the conference meet…Was named the NSIC Swimmer of the Week…Earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence and CSC Academic All-District honors…Competed in the 50 freestyle (23rd, 23.38), the 100 breaststroke (26th, 1:03.43) and the 100 freestyle (32nd, 51.38) at the NCAA Championships.
2024-25: Against South Dakota, she finished second in both the 50 freestyle (27.52) and the 100 freestyle (1:00.54)…Took first in three events against St. Thomas and Concordia-St. Paul, including the 100 freestyle (52.49), the 100 breaststroke (1:06.59) and 200 IM (2:08.46)…Won the 200 IM at the NSIC Championships with a time of 2:05.65…Also claimed All-NSIC honors in the 100 freestyle event (51.07) as she finished second…Was a member of the 400 medley (3:47.88) and 200 freestyle relay (1:33.80) teams that earn All-NSIC honors with second place finishes…Went on to compete in the 200 freestyle relay and 200 medley relay events at the NCAA Championships.
High School: A sprinter from Waterford, Wis., Averi Larsen has competed in the sprint freestyle events as a member of the Waterford Union High School swim team...She has qualified for the state meet four times.
Personal: Averi is the daughter of Jodi Larsen and is undecided on a major.
