MANKATO, Minn.-- Minnesota State (2-0) is set for a home-and-home series against St. Thomas (2-0). Minnesota State will travel to UST on Friday, then will host St. Thomas on Saturday. Friday's game will be at 3 p.m. and Saturday's game will be at 2 p.m.

Minnesota State dominated its home opener against Long Island University winning 4-0 on Friday and 4-1 on Saturday while outshooting the Sharks 43-21 over the weekend.
On Friday junior Whittney Tuttle tallied a pair of goals in the opening game against the Sharks.

Taking on UST:
St. Thomas (1-0) is currently ranked in seventh in the WCHA standings. UST hosted Post on Friday and Saturday, winning both games 7-0 and 4-1.
Leading the Tommies are Keara Parker and Rylee Bartz with Parker scoring two of the team's seven goals on Friday and Rylee Bartz scoring two of their four goals on Saturday.
Rylee Bartz tallied two assists in Friday's game against Post.
In goal, UST relies on Dani Strom, Calla Frank and Maggie Malecha. Frank and Strom played for the Tommies on Friday and Saturday and both made seven saves.Â
