Box Score SIOUX FALLS, S.D. --- Top-seed Minnesota State carried a one-run lead into the ninth inning, but two runs by third-seed St. Cloud State in the bottom of the ninth propelled SCSU to a 2-1 walk-off victory eliminating the Mavericks from the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference tournament Thursday night at Ronken Field inside Karras Park.

The Purple and Gold fall to 41-9 overall on the season and will continue postseason play in the NCAA Central Region tournament next week. The NCAA Division II Selection Show will air via webcast this Sunday at 9 p.m., on NCAA.com. SCSU now stands 37-13 on the year.

T.J. Larson in the bottom of the ninth. With two outs and runners at first and second, SCSU blooped a RBI single into centerfield before scoring the game-winner on an infield single to third base.
