Minnesota State, Minnesota Duluth Series Moved to Mankato

Mankato, Minn.- Due to poor field conditions in Duluth, Minn and rain in the forecast Sunday, Minnesota State’s series with Minnesota Duluth this weekend has been moved to Mankato, Minn.

The pair of doubleheaders were originally scheduled to be played on Saturday and Sunday in Duluth, Minn. Although the games will be in Mankato, Minnesota Duluth will still be the home team for all four games.

Per NSIC rules, the first game of each conference doubleheader will be a seven-inning game, while game two will be a nine-inning game.

Friday’s doubleheader is slated for a 2:00 p.m. start, while Saturday’s is scheduled to begin at 12:00 p.m., both of which will be played MSU Baseball Complex in Mankato, Minn.
