BURNSVILLE, Minn. --- Minnesota State's Averi Larsen and Natalie Freeman have garnered NSIC weekly honors for their efforts last weekend.

Larsen was named the NSIC Swimmer of the Week for the first time this season, while Freeman earned her fourth straight NSIC Diver of the Week award.

A sophomore from Waterford, Wis., Larsen won both the 100 breaststroke (1:06.07) and 100 freestyle (53.39) events vs. St. Thomas and Concordia-St. Paul. She was also a member of the 200 medley relay team (1:46.66) that finished first as well.

Freeman finished second in both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events. She posted a score of 218.55 in the 1-meter event and a score of 237.70 in the 3-meter event.

Minnesota State returns to action on Nov. 15 as it travels to Marshall, Minn., to take on Southwest Minnesota State.
