MANKATO, Minn. --- Minnesota State (26-14, 21-8 NSIC) dominated Northwestern College (22-23) by a final of 29-4 Tuesday afternoon at Bowyer Field.
After a competitive first and second inning, the Mavericks exploded for 12 runs in the bottom of the third taking all momentum from the Raiders. Minnesota State added runs in five of the next six innings scoring the most runs in a single game since April 11th, 2015 against Bemidji State (41-20 W).
Eleven different Mavericks recorded hits in today's contest while 17 Mavericks recorded at least one run against NWC.

Lincoln Berry led the Mavericks offense going 2-5 with three runs scored and four RBI while also working two walks.

Tanner Thompson, and freshman
Braxton Haggith each recorded multi-run and RBI days combining for nine runs, 12 RBI, and five walks.
