MANKATO, Minn. – Minnesota State men's hockey moved up two positions to No. 15 in both USCHO.com and USA Hockey/The Rink Live Division I Top-20 polls this week. The Mavericks were idle over the weekend but swept Michigan Tech on Nov. 22-23 in Houghton.
 
Fellow CCHA teams Bemidji State, Michigan Tech, and Augustana also received national votes. No. 15 is the highest the Mavericks have been ranked since April 10, 2023.
 
For the second straight week, Michigan State University topped both polls with an 11-1-0 record. Denver, Boston College, Minnesota and Maine rounded out the top five.
 
The Mavericks (10-4-2, 5-1-2 CCHA) host Bowling Green this weekend. Game times are Friday at 7:07 p.m. CT and Saturday at 6:07 p.m.
