MANKATO, Minn. --- The Minnesota State women's swimming and diving team won a total of 12 events Saturday evening as it bested St. Cloud State 187-111 in its second dual of the season.
With the win, MSU now owns a 2-0 record in dual action this season.
The Mavericks won both relay events including the 200 medley relay and the 400 freestyle relay. The team of junior

Olivia Meinberg posted a time of 1:48.30 in the 200 medley relay, while the team of freshman
Ella DeFever, junior
Kayla Rinderknecht, Enervold and senior
Emelia Selky finished with a time of 3:36.17 in the 400 freestyle relay.
DeFever finished the day winning three individual events, including the 50 freestyle (25.03), the 100 freestyle (53.83) and the 200 freestyle (1:56.91).
Enervold, Goodman and Selky each won a pair of individual events also. Enervold took the top spot in the 100 backstroke and 200 backstroke with times of 58.67 and 2:05.67, respectively, while Goodman posted times of 1:07.21 in the 100 breaststroke and 2:25.65 in the 200 breaststroke. Selky recorded a time of 5:18.50 in the 500 freestyle and a time of 10:54.32 in the 1,000 freestyle events as well.
Sophomore
Ayla Taylor finished fourth in both the 1-meter (208.85) and 3-meter (187.7) events.
The Mavericks continue their season on Saturday, January 16 on the road as they face the MSU Moorhead Dragons. Diving events are scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m., with the swim events set to follow at 2:00 p.m.
