Mankato, Minn. ---  Minnesota State Wrestling squares-off with #7 Upper Iowa Friday, at 7 p.m., at Dorman Gymnasium in Fayette, Iowa. 
 
The Mavericks enter the match 2-7 overall and is a 2-3 in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference action, while Upper Iowa stands 13-1-1 record and 5-0 in NSIC action. 

The Mavericks fell to Southwest Minnesota State, 31-9, in its most-recent action last Saturday in Marshall, Minn.
 
The Mavericks boast three grapplers who have 20 or more wins including: Darick Vancura (23-9, Fr., 174 lbs.), Adam Cooling (21-5, Fr. 157) and Scott VanDeLoo (20-14, So., 184 lbs.). Cooling enters the match vs. UIU having won his last six matches.
 
Following Friday's trip to Fayette, the Mavericks host #4 St. Cloud State Feb. 13 in the last home dual of 2013-14.
