Orlando, Fla. ---  The Minnesota State women’s tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision to the University of Indianapolis Sunday afternoon to open its 2010 spring trip.

The match opened with singles play as senior Paige Burke earned a 6-3, 4-6, 6-4 win at the #4 flight.

Minnesota State also picked up a victory at #1 doubles as junior Sarah Madigan and freshman Kathryn Gavin earned an 8-3 victory.
