ATLANTA --- The Minnesota State women's basketball team has received a special mention from the WBCA Academic Honor Roll for its efforts in the classroom this past season.

As a unit, the Mavericks women's basketball team boasted a team GPA of 3.513 for the 2025-26 athletic season.

A team must have a combined GPA of 3.0 or better and be nominated by its head coach who must be a member of the WBCA to be recognized. The 2025-26 season is the 31st in which the WBCA has compiled the honor rolls.

Minnesota State finished its 2025-26 season with a 29-3 record as it advanced to the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
