INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Minnesota State women's basketball (29-2, 21-1 NSIC) remains No. 1 in the latest NCAA Division II Central Region rankings for the second straight week.

The Mavericks headline four Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) teams included in the rankings, joined by No. 3 Concordia-St. Paul, No. 7 Minnesota Duluth and No. 8 University of Mary.

The NCAA Central Region consists of 41 teams from the NSIC, the Great American Conference (GAC) and the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA). The top eight teams in the final regional rankings will advance to the NCAA Central Regional Tournament, scheduled for March 13–14 and 16.
