Miranda Lauvstad (Nesoeya, Norway) was named NSIC Field Athlete of the Week by the conference office on Tuesday (Feb. 3). Lauvstad competed in pentathlon for the Mavericks at the Mark Schuck Open & Multi at Myers Field House last weekend. She broke the school record, meet record and venue record and won the event with a score of 4,118 points.
