MILWAUKEE – Minnesota State baseball senior
Zach Stroh (Elk River, Minn.) signed a professional contract with the Milwaukee Milkmen of the American Association of Professional Baseball this week. Stroh graduated this spring after helping the Mavericks reach the NCAA Division II Central Region tournament championship game.

The Maverick right fielder was named All-NSIC Second Team, NSIC All-Tournament Team and NCBWA & ABCA/Rawlings All-Region Second Team this spring. Stroh started 58 games and led the squad with a .399 batting average (third in NSIC), including 13 doubles, seven home runs and 46 runs batted in. He ranked fourth in the NSIC with 81 hits against conference opponents and helped the Mavericks win NSIC Regular Season and Tournament Championships.

In his career, Stroh hit .384 with 159 hits, 26 doubles and 14 home runs with 21 stolen bases from 2023-25. He set a career high of 56 runs batted in in 2024.

Stroh joins MSU shortstop
Aidan Byrne, who signed a professional contract with the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks (American Association of Professional Baseball) on May 30.
