MOORHEAD, Minn. --- The #21 Minnesota State women's swimming and diving team earned its 10th dual victory of the season Saturday afternoon as the Mavericks best MSU Moorhead 157-83.
The Mavericks now own a 10-1 record in dual action this season. In total, the Mavericks won nine events against the Dragons.
"The divers had a nice day in at the St. Cloud Invite," head coach
Nathan Owens said. "
Aspen Warnygora set a new school record on one-meter six dives.
"We had a solid day to in Moorhead. The event line-up was fun for everyone. We had the chance to swim platoon style medley and freestyle relays along with shorter events than usual. All things considered with the long travel day we looked sharp. Everyone is excited for solid rest between now and the conference meet in 10 days. It's going to be a fun big meet environment and our team will be ready to rock & roll."

Jaedyn Hill won the 8x50 medley relay event with a time of 3:40.10, while the quartet of junior

Sydney Pippert won the 8x50 freestyle relay with a time of 3:20.78.
Schultz would go on to win two more individual events on the day as she finished first in both the 50 breaststroke (31.72) and the 100 breaststroke (1:08.59).
Gronholz set the pace in the 50 backstroke with a time of 26.63, while freshman
Norah Naatjes took first in the 100 freestyle event with a time of 54.61.
The 50 butterfly event saw junior
Claudia Schwartz lead the way with time of 26.60, while Pippert set the pace in the 100 IM event with a time of 1:02.28.
Senior
Sienna Sirek Kreye won the 500 freestyle event with a time of 5:23.50.
At the SCSU Diving Invite, senior
Aspen Warnygora took first in the 1-meter diving event with a score of 444.95. She led the Mavericks in the 3-meter diving event also as she finished second with a score of 425.45.
Minnesota State returns to action on Feb. 12 as it takes part in the four-day NSIC Championships in West Fargo, N.D.
