LILBURN, Ga. – Minnesota State women's basketball jumps three spots to No. 2 in the latest edition of the WBCA Coaches Poll. The Mavericks remain undefeated to start the season and collected 522 points this week, rising from the fifth spot in last week's poll.

The Mavericks are joined by conference foe Concordia-St. Paul in the national rankings, with the Golden Bears checking in at No. 24.

MSU continues action on Thursday, Dec. 4, at Winona State with tip-off set for 7:30 p.m. The Mavericks will then welcome the No. 24 Golden Bears to the Taylor Center for a top-25 matchup on Saturday at 3 p.m. Both games can be streamed live on the NSIC Network.
