BURNSVILLE, Minn. — For the third time this season,
Natalie Bremer of the Minnesota State women's basketball team has been named the NSIC South Division Player of the Week.
Bremer helped Minnesota State improve to 13–0 on the season after averaging 26.0 points, 5.0 steals, and 5.0 rebounds per game in a pair of conference victories.
The senior guard scored 20 points against Southwest Minnesota State before pouring in 32 points versus Sioux Falls. She shot an efficient .588 from the field against the Mustangs and .684 against the Cougars, continuing her strong offensive production for the Mavericks.
With her performance, Bremer now sits within 120 points of the program's all-time scoring record, further solidifying her place among the top scorers in Minnesota State history.
Bremer and the Mavericks will return to action at the start of the new year with a road contest in St. Cloud, Minn., as they face the Huskies on Saturday, Jan. 3. Tip-off is scheduled for 4 p.m. inside Halenbeck Hall, and the contest will be streamed live on the NSIC Network.
