MANKATO, Minn. – Minnesota State was ranked No. 15 by USCHO.com and No. 14 by USA Hockey/The Rink Live National Division I men's hockey polls on Monday (Dec. 15).

The Mavericks are 11-4-5 overall, including 8-3-3 in CCHA games and lead the conference standings heading into the holiday break. Michigan retained the top spot in both polls for a third straight week, followed by Wisconsin, Michigan State, North Dakota and Minnesota Duluth.

Fellow CCHA school Augustana appeared at No. 20 in the USA Hockey/The Rink Live rankings. Bemidji State and Michigan Tech also received national votes.

Minnesota State hosts Switzerland in the World Junior Pre-Tournament Series on Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 7 p.m. Tickets are available at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center box office.
