BURNSVILLE, Minn. –  Minnesota State guard Natalie Bremer has been named the NSIC South Division Player of the Week following a dominant two game stretch against St. Cloud State and UW-Parkside. Bremer delivered an impressive all around performance throughout the week, averaging 30 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 4.0 steals while guiding the No. 5 Mavericks to a pair of victories.

Bremer opened the weekend with a 25 point showing against SCSU, adding six rebounds and four steals as she fueled Minnesota State on both ends of the floor. 

She followed that effort with a standout 35 point performance against UW-Parkside, marking a new career high. Bremer shot .556 percent from the field across the two contests, connecting on 25 of her 45 attempts. She was highly efficient from beyond the arc, shooting .800, and finished a perfect five for five at the free throw line.

The Mavericks continue NSIC play as the team travels to Winona, Minn. on Thursday, Dec. 4 to take on the Warriors. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and the contest can be streamed live on the NSIC Network.
