LILBURN, Ga. – Minnesota State continued its rise in the national rankings, moving up two spots in this week's edition of the WBCA Coaches Poll to No. 5. The bump comes after a dominant performance over Colorado School of Mines that further solidified the Mavericks as one of the nation's most explosive and balanced teams.

This week, MSU collected 454 points in the poll and stands as one of two NSIC programs represented in the top twenty five. Concordia-St. Paul joined the Mavericks in the rankings, coming in at No. 16.

Minnesota State will host UW-Parkside at the Taylor Center on Saturday, Nov. 29, with tipoff scheduled for 2 p.m.
