WACO, Texas --- The Minnesota State football team improved one spot to 14th in the most recent edition of the AFCA Poll.
MSU improved one spot in the poll after besting Concordia-St. Paul 47-19 on the road last weekend.
The Mavericks are one of three NSIC teams ranked in the AFCA Poll. Augustana improved to seventh after defeating Sioux Falls 29-28, while Minnesota Duluth jumped to 10th after besting Southwest Minnesota State 63-28.
Minnesota State continues its season this Saturday as it hosts the Winona State Warriors. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. at Blakeslee Stadium.
