WARRENSBURG, Mo. --- The Minnesota State men's golf team finished The Mule with a 298 score in the third round on Tuesday as they finished 10th in the team standings. In total MSU shot 290-297-298—885 (+45) over the two-day event.
The Mule was won by Central Oklahoma which posted scores of 278-282-277—837 (-1). Individually, Central Oklahoma's Nicholas Canales finished first with a score of 68-73-63--204 (-6).
Senior
Alex Bradley finished the event in 28th as he shot 73-72-74—219 (+9). Sophomore
Karson Patten took 33rd with a score of 73-75-72 – 220 (+10).
Freshman
Jack Justeen and junior
Hogan Ordal both tied for 52nd at the event with scores of +14. Justeen posted scores of 70-77-77—224, while Ordal shot 74-75-75—224. Junior
Marcus Belka finished in 67th place with scores of 74-75-77—226 (+16).
The Mavericks return to action on Monday as they take part in the two-day Maverick Fall Brawl. The event will be held at the Troy Burne Golf Club in Hudson, Wis.
