Minnesota State travels to St. Charles, Mo., to take the Lindenwood Lions for the first meeting between the two ball clubs in program history.
Lindenwood (1-3), a Division I program, found a new home in the Ohio Valley Conference after going 27-24 and finishing third in the Great Lake Valley Conference last season.
The Mavericks open the weekend Saturday with a doubleheader starting at 12:00 p.m. MSU will wrap up the weekend in St. Charles on Sunday with the first pitch also at 12:00 p.m.
