MANKATO, Minn. —- The Minnesota State women's basketball team has been ranked 12th in the most recent edition of the WBCA Poll.
MSU, which was ranked 11th last week, dropped a spot in the rankings despite defeating Minnesota Crookston (85-50) and Bemidji State (90-48) on the road last weekend.
The Mavericks are one of two NSIC teams ranked in the top-25. Minnesota Duluth improved to 13th after besting Upper Iowa (76-48) and Winona State (66-40) at home last weekend.
Minnesota State continues its road trip on Friday as it takes on Northern State. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
