MANKATO, Minn. -- The Minnesota State volley ball team dropped to 2-12 on the season after a 3-1(25-22, 18-25, 15-25, 16-25) defeat at Northern State. With the lose the Mavericks drop to 1-5 in NCIS conference play.
Sophomore
Brooke Bolwerk passed out 37 assists, while junior
Sophie Tietz notched a team-leading 11 kills. Senior
Brenna Hesse recorded 10 digs and sophomore
Kiya Durant posted five total blocks.
Bridget Witzmann led the Dragons with 13 kills, while
Walker Keri tallied 40 assists.
Minnesota State will take on Minot State at home next Friday at 6:00 p.m. at the Taylor Center.
