MANKATO, Minn. --- The Minnesota State women's basketball team (2-1, 0-0 NSIC) will travel to Kenosha, Wis., to take on the UW-Parkside Rangers Saturday. The game is scheduled to tip-off at 1:00 p.m., and will bring an end to the Mavericks' non-conference schedule.

Scouting UW-Parkside: The University of Wisconsin Parkside is located in Kenosha, Wis., and is currently 2-4 (0-0 GLIAC) on the season. The Rangers are members of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC). Parkside is led by head coach Jen Conely who is in her second season as the leader of the program.
As a team this season, the Rangers net 71.7 points per game in comparison to their opponents' 78.8. Parkside also snatches 33.0 rebounds and dishes out 15.7 assists per contest.
The Rangers are led by senior guard Taylor Stephen and sophomore guard Alyssa Nelson who average 13.0 and 11.7 points per game respectively. Nelson also leads Parkside in rebounds with 6.2 per game.
Saturday's game will mark the sixth all-time meeting between these two programs, the most recent of which was an 66-64 win for the Mavericks during the 2001-02 season.
