MANKATO, Minn. – Due to the forecast of excessive heat for Friday afternoon, the No. 16 Minnesota State women's soccer matches scheduled for Friday have been changed in the interest of safety for players and fans.

The Mavericks and No. 10 Central Missouri will now play at The Pitch at 10 a.m., Friday morning, while No. 5 Grand Valley State and Bemidji State also will play at 10 a.m., at the soccer field at Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato.  

Both matches will have live streaming and live stats.  Sunday's matches are still as scheduled with Southwest Minnesota State battling Central Missouri at 11 a.m. at The Pitch, while MSU battles Grand Valley State at 3 p.m.
