MANKATO, Minn. - The Minnesota State women's hockey team stayed put at No. 13 in the Week 2 edition of the USA Hockey Division I Poll. 

The Mavericks are yet to play a game in the 2026-27 season and have been ranked No. 13 since the end of last year's 17-19-2 season. They are one of five WCHA teams in the top 15 alongside Wisconsin (1), Ohio State (2), Minnesota (3), and Minnesota Duluth (9). 

Minnesota State begins their season this Friday against the RPI Engineers on Friday at 11:00 a.m., and close out the two game series on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
