Julia Gurholt has been named the NSIC Player of the Week for her efforts this past weekend.
A freshman from Kimberly, Wis., Gurholt won both of her matches this past weekend against Carlton College. Gurholt defeated Giana Marks 7-5, 7-5 in the No. 1 singles match. Gurholt and her teammate senior
McKenna DeMarce, bested Marks and Ryann Witter by the score of 6-3 in the No. 1 doubles match as well.
Minnesota State continues its season on the road this Saturday as it travels to Kearney, Neb., to take on Nebraska-Kearney. The dual is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. at Ernest Grundy Tennis Center.
