Box Score WINONA, Minn. - Minnesota State tennis began Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference play with a resounding 7-0 win over Minnesota Duluth (1-4, 1-2) Saturday at Winona Tennis Center. The Mavericks (5-4, 1-0 NSIC) play St. Cloud State next on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at Winona Tennis Center.

The Mavericks swept three doubles matches and dropped just a combined four games. MSU then won four of six singles matches in straight sets.
Ellie Peterson,Â
Taina Cordeiro and
Hana Minisy all collected their first singles wins of the season.
