The Mavericks struggled to get momentum in game two seeing the Marauders score seven runs in the first three innings.

Junior Zach Stroh highlighted the Mavericks offense in game two going 2-4 scoring a run while working a walk in the second inning.

"Our first game was a well-played game with solid pitching and a balanced attack. Louis did a great job changing pitch speed and allowing our defense to work," stated head coach Matt Magers. "I was impressed how we battled in game two and looking to use that energy in our series finale tomorrow."
