MANKATO, Minn. ---#13 Minnesota State will look to continue extending its conference lead as the Mavericks journey to St. Cloud and Duluth for their last full weekend of travel. Last weekend, MSU battled Upper Iowa and Winona State going 2-0 on the weekend. Minnesota State opened the weekend at Harms-Eischeid Stadium in Feyette, Iowa with a dominate 4-0 win.Â

St. Cloud is coming off a Solid 7-5-3 2021 conference record and repeated much of the same successes. Facing UMD:Â The Mavericks come into this weekend with a lifetime 23-8-4 over the Bulldogs and have not surrendered a game against Duluth since Oct. 30, 2011. UMD finished with a disappointing 3-9-3 overall record last season to finish near the bottom of the pack. This season, Duluth is off to a better start at 4-5-2 overall and 3-3-2 against NSIC opponents.
