Mankato, Minn. --- USA Track & Field has named Chris Parno the Mid-America Region coordinator for Level 1 Coaching Certifications. His duties will include organizing 4-5 level 1 certifications per year throughout the Mid-America region. As the lead instructor for level 1 schools in the region, Parno will work alongside other certified instructors, presenting the level 1 curriculum.

Parno has completed a number of certifications across event disciplines through the USATF education program, including most recently the highest level (level 3/IAAF V) certification in the sprint/hurdle/relays events.
 
 
 
The 4-day level 1 courses for the Mid-America region will start in August
