ORLANDO, Fla. --- The Minnesota State women's tennis team was swept by the University of South Dakota 7-0 Wednesday afternoon in Orlando, Fla.
With the loss, MSU drops to 5-9 on the season, while USD improves to 4-7.

Monika Ryan put forth the best effort in the No. 1 doubles match, but they fell to Anastasia Bondarenko and Natka Kmoskova by the score of 6-3.
USD then won all six of the singles matches in straight sets to complete the sweep. Streeter was bested Kmoskova 6-3, 6-4 in the No. 1 singles match, while sophomore
Tyanna Washa was defeated by Nanette Nylund 6-2, 6-0 in the No. 4 singles match.
Minnesota State wraps up its spring break trip on Thursday as it takes on Wilmington at 10:00 a.m. (CST).
