Sartell, Minn. --- The Minnesota State women’s tennis team suffered an 8-1 loss to St. Cloud State Thursday evening in a Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference match.

The Mavericks lone win came at #6 singles where junior Heather Jensen earned a 6-4, 6-3 win over Tanya Halloran. 

The Mavericks return to action Sunday morning when thy host Winona State in St. Peter, beginning at 9 a.m.
