Lee joined the Mavericks in the summer of 2023 after spending two years as a graduate assistant at the University of Nebraska Omaha where he worked with the men’s and women’s swimming and diving and tennis teams, the women’s cross country team and mid-distance runners. He also assisted with the Omaha Mavericks men’s and women’s basketball, soccer, baseball and softball teams as well as women’s track and field.
A 2017 graduate of Augustana, Lee owns a Masters degree from Omaha (2023) and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength Coaches Association and is CPR & AED certified.
Lee was a football player for Augustana and earned invites to the Minnesota Vikings and Los Angeles Rams mini camps following his playing career. While at Augustana, Lee was a semi-finalist for the William V. Campbell Trophy which is often referred to as the Academic Heisman.
