Lori Rittenhouse-Wollmuth

Mankato native Lori Rittenhouse-Wollmuth was named head coach of the Minnesota State women's volleyball program in the spring of 2015.

Rittenhouse-Wollmuth joined the Minnesota State women's volleyball coaching staff as a graduate assistant in 2005 and was named assistant coach in 2007 before being promoted to associate head coach in 2013. Rittenhouse-Wollmuth helped lead the Mavericks to a 181-110 mark, four 20-win seasons and five appearances in the NCAA tournament in ten seasons as an assistant with the program.

The founder and director of the Omeja Renegades Junior Olympic Volleyball club program (2005-13) played professional volleyball in Spain and Croatia 2003-04 and is a 2003 University of Wisconsin graduate. A four-year letterwinner on Badger volleyball teams that made a NCAA Division I Final Four appearance in 2000, an Elite Eight appearance in 1998 and captured Big Ten championships in 2000 and 2001, Rittenhouse-Wollmuth attained a masters degree in sport management from Minnesota State in 2007.

Rittenhouse-Wollmuth, the eighth head coach in the history of the Minnesota State women's volleyball program, attended Mankato West High School where she participated in volleyball, basketball and track. She and her husband Chris reside in Mankato with their twins Dylan and Freddie.
